My mess has become my mission.
I combine my personal experience with Crohn’s Disease and my education in nutrition and movement practices to help you move beyond your digestive struggles and lead your most optimal life.
“We’re always serving someone who used to be a former version of ourselves.”
As a teenager, I was diagnosed with Crohn's Disease. I experienced several challenging years and when I reflect back on my experience, I wish I was given the tools and support a nutritionist provides. I want to make this accessible to all those needing guidance and support in their health journey.
It wasn’t until I zoomed in on nutrition and mindful movement that I started my healing process. Nourishing my body and listening to its cues has had an immense impact on my holistic health and my relationship with my body. It’s allowed me to come to terms with the lifelong journey of living with Crohn’s Disease. By coupling modern medicine and holistic nutrition, I’ve successfully been in remission for over a decade. My goal is to help you get there too.
That’s the ripple effect.

I discovered yoga in 2014 and have dedicated myself to the practice since then. In 2020, I deepened my practice by earning my Registered Yoga Teacher (200h) designation. Upon graduation, I immediately started leading classes that focused on soothing the belly through twists and gentle flows.
Like many, I initially turned to yoga as a physical release, only to find that it also has a positive mental impact on my life. The combination of physical movement and mental clarity is the reason I crave the practice. I hope to share that feeling with my community so you can also channel its life-changing benefits.
-
For over six years, I worked in the corporate communications field. I have extensive experience in PR, social media, corporate communications and philanthropic events. In my most recent role, I managed proactive media and social media campaigns and provided strategic media relations counsel to executives at a high-growth SaaS company.
